About Me

Hey! I'm James Dryden, a Front End Software Developer based in Ontario, Canada.

I have a passion for all things tech, specifically coding, creating, and building exciting web apps that help solve problems. My web development journey began in the summer of 2021 when I decided to finally pursue my passion for tech and computers on a full-time basis. My passion grew deeper once I discovered web development and fell in love with coding. There's something beautiful and almost magical about writing code and having it come to life on a webpage, it allows me to create anything I imagine.

When I'm not coding, I enjoy watching basketball, anime, something sci-fi/fantasy related such as Star Wars, and playing video games.

A responsive web app that allows users to search for a show or movie and see what streaming service it is viewable on in Canada as well as take the user there directly or they can watch the trailer.

Alli's Cheesecake

A fully responsive website for a client of mine that owns a small part time cheesecake business.

Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Snipcart, Netlify.

The Seinfeld Game

A responsive web app game based on the characters of one of my favourite tv shows, Seinfeld. Users have to guess which character said the given quote.
